The bistro manager was exceptionally helpful in overseeing all aspects of the function for my mum's 70th birthday party.
The main bed mattress was very old and uncomfortable, causing us to get very little sleep.

Great location and comfy beds!
Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was cozy and the beds were super comfy. Loved hanging out at the bar, where the staff were friendly and chilled. The only thing was that the bathroom could’ve used some extra touch-ups. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit less inviting. a solid spot!

The bistro is a solid spot for gatherings, with the area nicely set up for events and decent food that suits the pub vibe well. It’s easy to recommend for relaxed parties, thanks to a good atmosphere and an accommodating setup.
The room had a stale smell of cigarettes, which made it less inviting. I was surprised to find no complimentary bottles of water, which is common elsewhere—just a bunch of toiletries instead. The shared bathroom was subpar. it featured mould, and the shower was cold, which left a lot to be desired. The noise from other guests can be a nuisance, especially if you’re hoping for a quiet night.

The family room was well-insulated, providing a quiet night's sleep despite a lively pub below. I enjoyed the delicious Mediterranean dishes, which were a highlight of our stay. the shared bathroom could have used more maintenance, and the lack of a fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient for the kids. the young bar staff appeared overwhelmed at times, affecting the overall service consistency.
